Food Temperatures

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that eating cold and raw foods very unfavorably. Eating too much raw is known to be taxing on the digestive tract and over time, this is considered to be harmful. Eating our foods warmed up is a better option. Cold food is another no no. The cold cools off our core and our bodies have to work hard to warm back up which is depleting to our system. The coolest we should ingest is room temperature.
