Why Work With Me for Fertility Care
Fertility care is complex. It requires more than a generic acupuncture approach.
I have been supporting individuals and couples on their fertility journey since 2002, with a clinical focus on reproductive health and the many factors that influence conception, pregnancy, and treatment outcomes.
Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of:
- Fertility testing and diagnostic patterns
- Medicated and unmedicated cycles
- IUI and IVF timelines
- Hormonal medications and their effects
This clinical context matters. It allows treatments to be timed appropriately, adapted to each phase of a cycle, and tailored to where someone is in their fertility journey.
Some individuals I work with are trying to conceive on their own, others are in the process of investigation or considering next steps, and some are already receiving care through fertility clinics. When medical care is part of the picture, I work collaboratively alongside clinics to support treatment cycles. When medical care is not part of the picture, care is focused on optimizing cycle health, hormonal balance, and overall reproductive function.
My role is to support each person thoughtfully and honestly, including recognizing when additional investigation or medical input may be helpful, while respecting the path each individual chooses.
My background also includes professional labor and birth support, which informs my whole-person approach to reproductive health, from cycle regulation and conception support through pregnancy.
Above all, I bring a thoughtful, individualized approach. Fertility care is never “one protocol for everyone.” Each person’s history, physiology, and experience is different, and treatment should reflect that.
